Assistant Professor Wu Yuanpeng joined Peking University Shenzhen Graduate School in 2025. His research focuses on wide-bandgap semiconductor materials, power electronic devices and optoelectronic devices. He has published more than 60 papers in journals including Nature Energy, Nature Electronics, PNAS, Light: Science & Applications and Nano Letters, with a total citation count of over 2,000. He was selected for the 2024 National High-Level Young Talents Program.
