Yuqi Su, PhD, Assistant Professor (Researcher) and PhD Supervisor at the School of Electronic and Computer Engineering, Peking University, and hornered with National High-Level Young Talent Award. He earned his B.Eng. in Electronic Engineering from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, and his M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in Electronic Engineering from Nanyang Technological University. Before returning to China, he worked as a Research Fellow at the Institute of Microelectronics (IME), Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR), Singapore. His research focuses on digital and mixed-signal integrated circuit design, with emphasis on emerging areas such as novel memory devices and new computing circuits and architectures. He has led or participated in over ten advanced-process tapeouts, including TSMC 28nm/40nm/65nm and GlobalFoundries 55nm, with his work published in top integrated circuit conferences and journals such as IEEE ISSCC and JSSC. He has received numerous accolades from the IEEE Solid-State Circuits Society (SSCS), including the SSCS Predoctoral Achievement Award and the SSCS Rising Stars Award.
